Review: Dual Abduction by Eve Langlais

Dual Abduction (Alien Abduction #3) by Eve Langlais
Synopsis (Goodreads):
Warning: This humorous and spicy menage story, involving two alien males and a human female, may have you wishing for an ET of your own. (MFM)

They both wanted her. The question was, could they share her?

Abducted by alien slavers, along with her group of teenage misfits, Louisa doesn't think her week can get any stranger until two big purple warriors arrive to the rescue--and then fight over who gets to keep her. Not interested in a winner, she clobbers them, but when they regain consciousness, they're even more determined to claim her.

Best friends, Brax and Xarn, share everything; loot, jobs, trouble, until they come across a luscious human that stirs their possessive side. Their battle over who gets to keep her ends in a tie due to matching concussions, but what's a bruise or two when it comes to winning her as a mate. When she keeps denying them both, they put aside their rivalry to team up and claim the one they want.
My Thoughts: As is the norm with me when I read an Eve Langlais book, I found myself thoroughly enchanted by both the sassy heroine and her sometimes clueless (but always hunky) heroes. Louisa's desire to protect her underage charges and her willingness to throw herself headlong into battle against creatures that are straight out of a sci-fi movie made me grin. Brax and Xarn coming to blows over who's going to get to keep her was hilarious. And then there's the sex. Brax and Xarn know how to show a lady a good time -- both on their own and together. *thumbs up* to that!

One of the things that makes this series so fun is how unapologetically bloodthirsty everyone is. Louisa isn't afraid to attack her captors. Brax and Xarn *like* fighting their way out of trouble. Tren, Jaro, and their respective mates aren't happy unless they're kicking someone's butt. Heck, even Louisa's delinquent charges are nearly as violent as those hunky purple alien mercenaries that we've come to know and love over the course of these books. Those girls are menaces. In a good way.

The setup for book 4 has me itching to jump into it. I just love the way we're given a little snippet of what to expect. It makes the wait to read it so delicious. In fact, it pretty much makes me really want to slink over to Amazon and buy it right now. Well played, Eve Langlais. Well played.

Sassy, sexy, and full of enough purple aliens to satisfy even me, I want more. MOAR.
