Synopsis (Goodreads):
Before Karma joins the agency, she’s just another assignment handed to Fate from the Universe. But she’s destined to become more than that.
Kelly's note: I'm working my way through the Nightshade Anthology at a fairly steady pace. Which means these reviews will be short and sweet. Much liked the stories themselves. Well, minus the sweet part. Death and mayhem aren't all that sweet. ANYWAY. I'm digging what I've read so far.

Thoughts on The Agency: I liked this one. It was weirdly intriguing even though I had no clue what was going on when it started out. Fate has a hard-on for a soul he keeps coming across, but he's being super sly (not really) about it. Clearly none of his cohorts know he's intrigued by the woman he keeps being sent to save. No, wait. I'm lying. They all know.

And it looks like she's going to be crazy important down the line.

I was interested enough to go read all the blurbs for the other books in the series. *thumbs up*
