Synopsis (Goodreads):
After a lifetime of longing for a real family, Sarah Smith thought she’d finally found her home with rock star Abe Bellamy, even if she knew Abe didn’t love her the way she loved him. But their brief relationship, filled with tragedy and heartache, nearly destroyed her. Alone, emotions in turmoil, and already shaky self-esteem shattered, Sarah struggles to pick up the pieces in the wake of their divorce.

Abe knows he’s to blame for the end of his marriage. Caught in a web of painful memories, he pushed away the best thing in his life – the sexy, smart woman he adores – breaking them both in the process. Then fate throws him a second chance to get things right, to prove to Sarah that she means everything to him. Abe desperately wants that second chance at love...even if he knows he doesn’t deserve it.

But can he convince Sarah – now strong and independent without him – to risk her wounded heart one more time?
Thoughts on Rock Wedding: Oh, my goodness, Abe and Sarah killed me dead. I could see both sides of their story and I got where both of them were coming from. Abe's addictions shattered Sarah and she's very leery of letting him back into her life and loving him again only to lose him if he falls back into his old ways.

On Abe's side, he knows he messed up. He knows he failed Sarah, but he doesn't necessarily see the depth of the hurt he caused. Mostly because Sarah had never shared key parts of her past with him. There were failings on both their sides during their marriage and loving one another wasn't enough to keep things from falling apart.

Buuuuut,,,they've both learned from their mistakes and grown stronger by facing them. Sarah isn't the woman she was. Surviving her losses and managing to make something of herself despite the obstacles thrown in her way has given her confidence. Abe understands that falling back into his addictions will destroy so many things in his life and he's unwilling to let that happen.

Guuuuys, this was a second chance romance that made me so happy. Abe and Sarah were able to take their crumbled foundation and build something even stronger on it. AND we got to see the other members of the band in their happy places. *draws glittery hearts around everyone*

(I'm SUPER excited to know we haven't seen the end of this world, too. Hot, rugby loving dudes! LET ME AT 'EM!)
