Thoughts on Guarded by an Alien Assassin: Julie's in hiding and can't afford to let anyone close thanks to her awful ex. Q'tar is a former assassin who wants to finish this last assignment and then fade into obscurity. When he's hired to protect Julie, neither of them expect everything's about to change for both of them.

To be fair, first Julie will need to wrap her head around Q'tar being an alien (she's pretty much okay with that). The fact the was an assassin doesn't faze her because she's never felt safer than when he's around. I mean, if anyone can keep her safe, it's a big alien assassin who looks at her like she's a treasure. On Q'tar's end, he's a little blown away by how protective he is for the little human lady. But he pretty much goes with it. And when she's accepting of both his alienness and his former profession? YESSSS. She's the one.

A little danger, a cabin in the woods, just one bed (OMG!), an alien who will burn down the world to keep his special someone safe, and a lady who kind of likes her bodyguard's differences. *thumbs up*
