Synopsis (Goodreads):
Hotrods and hardbodies in the zombie apocalypse!

The few cities that survived the dead rising had found ways to close themselves off from the rest of the world, leaving the suburban sprawl to rot and ruin. Teenagers with little knowledge of the past and even less hope for the future have taken solace in cars, zombie slaying, and rock & roll. Gretchen, Fitz, and Ronnie are a rockabilly gang in a souped up hotrod searching for a dose of sex and violence on the open road.
Thoughts on Thrillers: I get such a kick out of Amanda Close's books. They're dark and brutal and you're never guaranteed things are going to go the way you expect them to.

Oh, hey! Zombies and the over-sexed group who kill them for the thrill of it. Yasssss! There's nothing gentle about what goes on with this group. They kill hard. They screw hard. They're determined to go out fighting when their number is called.

Dark and weirdly captivating, this group pulls no punches as they fill their days with destroying the dead. And sexin' each other up. *thumbs up*
