Synopsis (Goodreads):
When Tilton returns from their weekend at Lake Jasper, she finds the same mess waiting for her with one notable exception: her daughter's home from college with a plea for Tilton to come check out the paranormal activity in her new dorm. But when Tilton acquiesces, she's puzzled to discover that the ghosts seem more attached to another property, a mile or more away, with an even more haunted history - the house on Lawton Road.
Thoughts on The House on Lawton Road: Book 2 picks up directly from book 1 and Tilt is still dealing with her ex and his douchebaggery. Her daughter's request for some help with the ghosts in her dorm seems like just the thing Tilt needs to get away from the crazy.

Except, Tilt seems to find crazy no matter where she goes.

Ghosts, a haunted house, and a pretty fierce mothering instinct put in appearances this time around. Fun with enough mystery to keep me intrigued.
