Or formerly unrequited love. Or "Brenna left Finn because she was afraid she'd hurt him in the throes of passion" love. Yeah, that sums it up nicely.

I liked seeing the characters from book 1 again (Dominic's such the sexy beast!) and getting back into their heads. A nice follow-up and a fun way to get reaquainted with the Guardians and the Sweetbloods they protect.
