Synopsis (Goodreads):
One half of an intergalactic assassin team, Jadzion heads to New Mexico for his target while his brother Heriot heads to California. They've traveled millions of miles and through star systems to find their targets, who are gun-runners on a galactic scale. Now, though, Jadzion has a problem. He's waited until the last minute to go planetside, and his target's at a couples retreat.

Jadzion is solo.

The solution is obvious - Jadzion needs a wife. Just for the weekend, of course.

Using a thing called a 'dating app' he finds a woman named Jenna. He tells her he needs to marry her, right away. Jenna, naturally, is confused. But the longer she's around Jadzion, the more she thinks he's not from around here...and that he just might be the one for her.
Thoughts on The Alien Assassin's Convenient Wife: Ha. Clueless (albeit hunky) aliens trying to blend in and act human when they REALLY don't know what they're doing make me laugh. Jadzion certainly fits the bill on the clueless point. Not that it was entirely his fault. The antidote he took to counteract his nearness to females...you know, that might not make sense when you haven't read the book. Let's just say that some of his weirdness stemmed from an outside source and leave it at that.

(Not really at that because I have more to say.)

Jadzion and Jenna. To say she's a bit of a complication for the big guy is an understatement. And by a "complication" I mean she gets him firing on all cylinders just by standing around him and that's not the best thing when he's in the middle of a mission. Especially since failing on his mission would be bad on an epic scale for the people of Earth.

On the other hand, she's the one for him. And who doesn't like finding their one? Even if it's in the middle of an important mission.

Sexy aliens, a (fairly) patient human, and a situation that puts Jadzion's control to the test. Good times!
