Synopsis (Goodreads):
Wanted: one hot guy with rock-hard abs and a big stick.

Broke and desperate, Sugar Ryan has no use for arrogant, bad boy athletes . . . until she’s forced to bargain with the cockiest of them all.

If only he knew she was alive.

Her mission? Get on this hockey player’s radar any way possible.

Zack Morgan is the king of the ice and the bedroom—but nothing prepares him for the mystery girl who shows up everywhere he does—frat parties, his favorite bar, and finally his front door with an offer he can’t refuse. The only rule in her boyfriend bargain: no falling in love.

But after one (um, two) smoking-hot hookups, he’s done with pretending and vows to make their fake relationship real. Too bad she can’t trust a player with a reputation for breaking hearts.

Will this hockey star score his forever girl or will their Boyfriend Bargain end in heartbreak?
Thoughts on Boyfriend Bargain: You know when you can see the explosion point in a relationship from MILES away and you're just sort of primed for it because you know it's going to be a train wreck of epic proportions? Yeah. Z kept putting off admitting a certain something to Sugar and you just KNEW it wasn't going to go well once it came into the light. I was on pins and needles waiting for that shoe to drop.

Which isn't a bad thing. I mean, it made their fast and hot romance feel so tragically doomed as they got deeper and deeper into one another. Ouch, man. Ouch.

And then, once things did reach the boiling point, they both went out of their way to make things worse for themselves. I mean, I get it because you do stupid things when you're hurting, but I did want to give both of them a good shake and tell them to suck it up and talk.

It kinda sounds like I didn't like these two, but I really did. They were both reluctantly smitten with one another even though they had their rules that said they wouldn't do the smitten thing. They were both a little stubborn and a lot clueless sometimes. And I liked them. I liked Sugar and her ironclad desire to not be like her mom. I liked Z and his...well, I didn't like his issues, exactly, but I liked that he had a big hurdle to figure out and he didn't have all the answers. He had to muddle along like everyone else who isn't a hotter-than-heck hockey star with a promising future.

Family, friends, betrayals, and sexy hook-ups in a few unconventional places. Good times.
