Synopsis (Goodreads):
Revisit the DETI office for their Christmas party in this series of four seasonal shorts!

At their first DETI Christmas party, Khy and Anna met, got drunk, fell in love, and forgot the whole thing. Now, after a year together, they are determined to take this one easier and remember it, even if they still end up in bed together by the end. They can't afford the hangover when Anna's family are coming for the holidays, and as soon as they've left, Khy has duties on the new Volon reservation. Khy is going to have his hands full making sure his mate survives his people's culture and customs once she's out of the city and out of her element.
Thoughts on An Office Alien Christmas: Khy: OKAY. It's Khy's turn to hit the DETI Christmas party and this year he's planning on remembering things a teeny bit better than last. Not that he's complaining about last year, mind you, since he ended up mated and blissfully happy with Anna, but remembering's good.

Considering both Khy and Anna were blackout drunk last party, I think things went well this time. They made some new memories (or just "memories" since they didn't have any old ones to compare these to) and survived a full-on Christmas gathering of her family in their tiny apartment.

Then the real fun began. By that, I mean they set out to mingle and sometimes lead a group of Khy's own people as they work on adapting to their new way of life. Khy might be wondering how he fits into Anna's family traditions (although he does figure it out), but Anna isn't shy about pointing out EXACTLY what she can bring to the table when it comes to her abilities. To be fair, though, Anna's not shy about much of anything. She likes to argue and make sure her point is known.

A blending of the old and new, a couple who like to argue, and jussssst enough alone to time to make everyone happy. *thumbs up*
