Synopsis (Goodreads):
Family history can be fatal.

Riley Carson Connors is yanked out of Pittsburgh and coaxed to New York by two tall, sexy strangers.  Nicholas Sherwood and Damian are the only people in the world who know anything about her parents, and what they know is terrifying.  She must face a powerful enemy who killed both her parents, who were the best demon hunters of their era.

But while the truth about Riley’s family history is a powerful magnet, Damian and Nicholas prove to be even more compelling. Former lovers and brought together only because they gave their word to her mother to protect Riley, the two powerful vampires play erotic mind games with her.  Each has a hidden sexual agenda that Riley can’t begin to guess, but seems to involve driving her out of her mind with the sort of pleasure only a centuries-old lover would know how to give.
Thoughts on Beauty's Beasts: I was a little worried when I picked this one up. Having read Carson and Tally's story recently, I was a bit disheartened to see that they hadn't survived to see their daughter grow up. However, while their lives might have been snuffed out early, they loved hot and hard while they had one another and that did come across nicely.

But this book isn't about Tally and Carson. It's Riley's story and she has two dominant vampire men who need to push her hard to ensure she survives her encounter with what's after her. Might I just say, those vampires sure know how to show a lady a good time. And the games they play. Wow. While I suspected what Damian was pushing for, the patience he had for his endgame was fantastic. And Nicholas... he broke my heart a little.

Damaged heroes are like catnip to me, aren't they?

With plenty of sexy time and a gargoyle that needed to have the whammy put on him, this installment delivers. Blood, sex, and stone critters who get what's coming to them. *thumbs up*

  1. I... I only see the two spaces between sentences in the blurb. o.O

    1. Tilt your head and squint. Or drink a glass of wine. One of those will make the dreaded two spaces disappear.
