Synopsis (Goodreads):
When worlds collide, will true love heal a broken heart and a life altered beyond repair.
Thoughts on the Enforcer: I'm not normally a big fan of someone keeping a huge secret from the other half in their relationship in order to keep them safe, but I kinda get it with this story. I don't necessarily agree with Maverick leaving Becky in the dark as long as he did, but... *shrug*

For the record, Becky needs to get a new friend because her current one has TERRIBLE taste in men. Terrible. However, since her choice in dudes ended up putting Maverick and Becky back in each others' orbit, I guess it turned out okay.

I liked the world. I liked the characters. I still think dudes who make decisions for others need to be whacked over the head, but so it goes.
