Synopsis (Goodreads):
A risk worth taking…

No one would ever accuse Jace Berisha of having an easy life—considering her husband…you know…killed her. But that was then! Now she fights for mighty Viking gods with the spectacular and vicious Crows.

But things are turning very bad, very quickly because a vengeful, ancient goddess has come into the world with just one thing on her mind—ending it. And the only way they can hope to stop her is if the Crows join forces with their one-time enemies, the Protectors. A Viking Clan created to do nothing but kill every Crow they see.

Thankfully, Protector Ski Eriksen is a peace loving kind of guy. Because the woman he is desperately trying to get close to is the beautiful and not-very-chatty Jace. Battling Nordic clans? Unkillable goddesses? Jace’s mean-spirited dog? None of these things would ever get in the way of a true Viking!
Thoughts on The Undoing: The Crows are certainly a force to be reckoned with, aren't they? COme to think of it, all the clans are. The Ravens and the Protectors and the Giant Killers and... ALL OF THEM.

They're loud and more than half crazed and they have no problem spilling a little blood. Or a lot. Or removing body parts. Or going head to head with something determined to kill them. IT IS GLORIOUS! Utterly glorious.

This time around, we get to spend time with the Crows resident berserker. Jace is probably the quietest of the group when she's not caught in her rage. And Ski likes her. He liiiiiikes her. He likes her brain and her quietness and how she gets along with his brothers in arms. And, yeah, Jace has a few issues from her first life she needs to get tucked away, but all in good time.

Because the crazy goddess is still around looking to create some havoc of the world ending variety and it's up to these loud, squabbling vikings to take care of business. BLOOD! MAYHEM! UNDERWORLD SHENANIGANS!

Man, I like these books. They're so insane and fast paced they make me grin.
