Synopsis (Goodreads):
The multiverse's greatest detective returns! When left for a weekend trip, Mr. Poe finds himself searching for a missing clock containing the infernal soul of Ronald Hickenbotham, a not-so-remarkable warlock and beloved husband. The clock needs to be wound every three days to preserve Ronald's soul. It's already been gone for over twenty-four hours. Mr. Poe can hear the clock's tell tale ticking throughout Haven, but can a werehuman kitten psychic detective solve the mystery before Ronald is lost forever?
Thoughts on The Tell Tale Cat: Yoooouuuuu guys! Mr. Poe is definitely the best, smartest, most perfect boy in the world. Definitely. Not only is he staggeringly brilliant (he most certainly is!) and sweetly fluffy (so much fluff!), he can sniff out (or hear out, as the case may be) the perpetrators of crime in Haven.

AND HE'S SO MUCH FUN!

Seriously. He really is. He tags along with Sheriff Gwyn Gresham (beloved zombie and boredom destroyer of cats far and wide) when she goes to investigate the disappearance of a beloved keepsake. While he was a great help on this case (as you would expect), she also did it to keep him out of trouble. And because he's irresistibly adorable.

For those who don't know, this series ties into the Descentverse and all the crazy that goes on there, but Mr. Poe's books are much MUCH lighter. He's a fantastic cat, as you know, and he won't allow any of those world-ending shenanigans in HIS Haven.

Let's face it, just like everyone else he comes across, Mr. Poe has charmed me to pieces. that brilliant, fluffy, perfect boy.
