Synopsis (Goodreads):
A steamy jungle, an ancient curse, a deadly secret—one big sweaty mess!

From the award-winning author of the Deadwood Mystery Series comes LOOK WHAT THE WIND BLEW IN, the first book in the Dig Site Mystery series.
Welcome to the jungle ...

A headstrong and determined archaeologist.
A tall, dark, and unwelcome photojournalist.
Both are trying to unearth secrets that have been long buried, but an ancient Maya curse threatens to destroy them ... unless they can learn to trust each other enough to make it out of the jungle alive.
Thoughts on Look What the Wind Blew In: Angelica and Quint butt heads pretty much from the first. They both have reasons they want kept hidden as to what they're actually doing on the dig site and the longer they keep quiet on those reasons the more suspicious they seem to one another. No, wait. I don't think Quint was ever suspicious of Angelica and what she was doing, it was more like he was...concerned by how hard she kept pushing herself and for her propensity for doing some of the things she was doing alone. Especially when things started heating up and people were getting hurt.

Plus, her douchecanoe ex-husband irritated him. To be fair, her ex irritated Angelica, too. She was just a lot less subtle about showing it.

Ancient curses, dangerous archaeology, sweltering heat, a lot a lot a lot of sweat (SO MUCH SWEAT!), steam-generating looks (partially because of all the sweating everyone was doing, I have to assume), and an encounter or two of the sexy variety...GOOD STUFF.
