Synopsis (Goodreads):
She’s feeling the heat. Or it might be a hot flash. Sometimes it’s really hard to tell.

It’s been four years since Monica lost the love of her life to a sudden and devastating heart attack. She’s held her family together and picked herself up with the love and help of her two best friends. Now Monica has a new business, a new wardrobe, and a new vision for the future.

As in actual psychic visions. Dreams that manifest in reality? Monica’s still not sure why or how it happened, but she’s been seeing everything from unexpected visitors to visions of fire and destruction.

Separating premonitions from morbid imagination is proving harder than Monica expected, and no one can tell her if these new, violent visions will become a reality.

Added to that, there’s a new fire investigator in town, and he’s more than a little suspicious about the anonymous and frighteningly accurate tips someone is calling in. Monica is feeling the heat… or is that a hot flash?

Is their town about to feel the burn of a serial arsonist, or can Monica, Robin, and Val figure out the dangerous secret smoldering at the heart of Glimmer Lake?
Thoughts on Psychic Dreams: It's Monica's turn to ...well, not exactly come to terms with her newfound ability or find a way to use it to save those who are important to her because she's kind of done both of those already. She does get to use it to save not only her town, but also unravel an old mystery and protect someone she's come to care about. Annnnd...she finally lets someone close to her romantically. Someone who's heartily skeptical about her abilities until he sees what she can do firsthand.

But we'll get to that in a second. First...Robin and Val and their respective partners are pretty darn supportive and awesome all around. They act as sounding boards and emotional support when needed and they have a solid friendship in general. When Monica's visions get bad, they're there to prop her up and keep her going. They're an awesome trio-plus!

Gabe, the skeptical potential honey-bunny, has a lot of reasons to disbelieve Monica's claims. It isn't until he gets a front row seat to what she can do that he joins the believers club. The fact she's stopping fires before they burn down the town is a major bonus in his line of work.

Old secrets, ghosts on a mission, new romances, and a few dangerous situations. I'm digging these Glimmer Lake ladies and am excited to see what comes next.
