Synopsis (Goodreads):
I'm falling for an alien who's forbidden. Does our interstellar love stand a chance?

Tabitha: The alien I’m crushing is locked in stasis on our interstellar ship, and he has one destiny—to set up the computer division on the colony we’ll reach in one week, then return home. As the technician monitoring the stasis pods, it’s my job to make sure the aliens make it to the colony without waking. But when Sleye’s eyes pop open and he climbs out of his pod, I’m not sure what to do. I didn’t activate the waking sequence, but the authorities won’t care. They’ll prosecute me for breaking the rules.

Determined to hide Sleye, I take him to my quarters. But he’s sweet and he’s never experienced Christmas, so we sneak out. Between stolen kisses and disguising him as Santa so I can show him how to build a snowman, I start falling in love.

Sleye: Ages ago, my people stopped having intimate relations. We procreate in a lab and cohabitating with others is strictly forbidden. In fact, anyone caught is locked away for the good of society. But when I hear Tabitha’s voice, it wakes me from stasis. One touch, and I know she’s my fated mate, something also lost to my people.

For the first time in my life, I have urges like never before, and I’m not sure how to handle them or my growing feelings for Tabitha. Sharing her holidays only makes me long to build a future with her by my side.

When we reach the colony, I’m expected to complete my assignment and return to my home planet. Can I do as my people demand and leave the woman I love behind?
Thoughts on Sleye: One tiny little crush on a hunky alien in stasis, a whole lot of talking to said alien while he was in stasis, and suddenly Tabitha has a VERY awake alien who should absolutely not be awake on her hands. Seeing as how there's a whole treaty laying out how Sleye's people will NOT be awake or interacting with aboard the ship, this puts both Tabitha and Sleye in a bit of a pickle.

Because Sleye's awake. And he's interested in Tabitha despite his people's way of life. He also have ZERO experience with either the emotional or physical signals his body is sending out. Which means there are more than a few charged moments between these two.

On Tabitha's end, she's a little stunned by Sleye waking up, but he's a good guy who wiggles into her heart in no time flat. Keeping him a secret is a little tough, but nothing insurmountable. Mostly.

Some holiday fun, a romantic interlude gone awry, some sexy times, a little tension, and two individuals who are just right for each other. *thumbs up*
