Synopsis (Goodreads):
Juliet Simon gets herself into all kinds of situations, but breaking into the scary mansion near her college campus has got to take the cake. When she finds more than she bargains for behind closed doors, will her fear take over, or will she fall for the beast?

Kane Viscardi is unlike other vampires. He’s spent most of his time hiding away and is alone in the world without a mate. Until one night when there’s an unexpected knock at the door. Suddenly something awakens inside of him for the first time in a century.

Warning: It’s the first time we’ve written vampires, so go easy on us. Enjoy this brand new series that features a coven of five and read about how all of them find love.
Thoughts on Bitten by the Beast: Vampires, man. You gotta love when they get bitey during the sexy times. Or, well, maybe you don't. But I got a kick out of it.

Why? Because Kane is just the sort of vampire I dig. He's scarred and lonely for all he has his vampiric family rallying around him and he's pretty much resigned himself to never finding a mate since, you know, he doesn't mingle with anyone outside his coven.

Until Juliet knocks on his door. Then everything changes.

For her part, Juliet is sort of in he same boat as Kane. For all she's surrounded by people, she's alone in the world. Her unexpected meeting with Kane fills the hole in her heart and makes her a whole lot less lonely. Which is a good thing because Kane has no intention of letting her go.

Vampires, virgin heroines, and a little biting when the situation calls for it. I'm ready to see where the rest of the series takes me.
