Synopsis (Goodreads):
Brody Bond. The youngest homicide detective in Holly Woods. My best friend's younger brother.
Off. Freaking. Limits.

I've told myself that for the past five years, and I'm going to keep telling myself that. Besides--I'm kind-of dating Jason. I don't need Brody. I shouldn't even want him, but want him, I do.
Not that I have time to think about it. With Noelle and Drake in Mexico for two weeks, I'm holding down the fort at Bond P.I. Or I was... until I stumbled upon a young woman who'd been attacked while walking my dog.
Jason thinks it's the latest in a long line of gang-rapes happening across three states. Brody thinks I've added a target to my back. Getting to the bottom of it is at the top of my to-do list.
Two men, both determined to protect me.
I think I could love one. I'm almost certain I'm in love with the other.

Ride or die just got a whole lot realer.
Thoughts on Burning Bond: Bek and her two dudes. I can't say I was surprised by the choice she made (although I wouldn't have minded a nicely melded trio, once all was said and done, but that's just a thing I like, so....yeah.), but I did enjoy the journey getting to her HEA.

Or her Happily Ever LET'S TAKE THIS OUTSIDE AND HAVE WORDS BECAUSE BEK IS A STRONG INDEPENDENT WOMAN WHO DIDN'T BECOME NOELLE'S BEST FRIEND BY BEING A DOORMAT!

No lie. These two ladies make me smile. Even when one is miles away enjoying her first vacation in years. Sort of. I mean, it's hard to sit back and relax when your best friend is being menaced in your hometown.

But this isn't Noelle's story. She really needs to stop butting into my review. (What? The lady is stubborn and pushy and, errm, PASSIONATE about getting her point across.) This is BEK'S story. And she has to figure out if the man she's had a thing for her entire life, but who she considers off limits because of his relation to her BFF (and his hot and cold emotions) or Jason is the one for her. Jason's a genuinely good guy who does his thing and does it well. The biggest hangup between them is his job and how it pulls him away from them as a couple for long stretches of time.

No matter what, someone's going to get their heart broken and that's a little sad. Except it works. It works.

One more book. Noelle and Drake are waiting for me!
