Synopsis (Goodreads):
He’s an abomination.
The lone survivor of a horrific experiment, warrior Mylomon was left with unique and dangerous abilities. He takes care of the necessary dirty work for his clan but he’s yet to earn their trust. After all, how can you trust an assassin?

Now that he’s found his fated mate, his miracle, she recoils at the sight of him. Daisy is every good and sweet thing in the universe and he will not let her go. How can he convince her that he’s not the monster he appears to be?
Thoughts on Mylomon: I have a BIG soft spot for the silent, misunderstood heroes who are TERRIBLE at communicating, but who fall fast and hard for their other half. Mylomon isn't just silent and brooding and all that other stuff, he's also considered an abomination because of the experiments the bad guys ran on him as a child.

Sure, sure, he might embrace his darker side a little too quickly at times (like that time he threatened his warlord's mate. WHOOPS!), but he always does it because the well-being of the clan demands it. No matter the guilt he has to carry afterward.

As for Daisy, she's longed to be matched to one of the warriors FOR-EVER, but the silent, brooding Mylomon isn't exactly making things easy for her. That fact she's a wee bit headstrong and barrels into things without thinking about the potential ramification (sometimes. Sometimes she plots and plans) doesn't help their budding relationship. It isn't until she actually starts seeing what drives her dude that things take a better turn.

Aliens, danger, two people stranded on a (currently) inhospitable planet with only one another to rely on, and a few secrets that need to be uncovered. Good stuff.
