Thoughts on Her Alien Stepbrother: At long last, Prince gets his turn to shine. Well, as well as the heir to the Hyrrokin mafia can shine, I suppose. Which isn't to imply that Prince is a bad guy. He's not. He might have done some questionable things to keep the family business afloat (I assume), but that's in the past. Probably. Now he's working on turning the business legit and being faithful to the human he's scented, but never met. The one he's sure is his mate.

Which brings up around to Olivia. She's definitely on the more upstanding side of things. She's a little appalled with her mom for marrying the head of the mafia and she's determined to make sure he's treating her right. What she doesn't expect? Her new stepbrother. The one who's REALLY into her and treats her like a princess.

So, yeah. These two have a few issues to get past. Mostly of the uh-oh, our parents are married variety. Seeing as how they're both grown (and consenting) adults, however, that isn't the road bump they think it might be.

A little subterfuge, a gentlemanly Hyrrokin, unexpected family (well, mostly unexpected), and a lady who needs time to wrap her head around her new honey. *thumbs up*
