Synopsis (Goodreads):
Can a lonely pair create a new path to love?

Jessica has always felt as restless as the spirits who choose to appear to her. Then an unexpected encounter in the small southern town of Fairhaven Falls changes everything. Now she leads an ordinary life - or at least as ordinary as a girl with a constant ghostly companion can have. But is simple companionship enough?

Leo was trapped in Midnight Manor for many years before a pretty little psychic finally set him free. Now that he’s been released, he’s discovered that freedom isn't nearly as enticing as the woman who freed him. The more time they spend together, the more he yearns for their relationship to be real.

Who said that love, laughter, and the afterlife couldn't mix? Welcome to Fairhaven Falls!
Thoughts on Gift for My Ghost: After helping Damian clear his restaurant of the malevolent spirit haunting it, Jessica stuck around and stepped in to help run the restaurant. She also happens to have a ghostly roommate (the husband of the spirit she banished) and Leo is...well, he's a little more than a roommate. Or at least he would be if he wasn't all ghostly.

On the plus side, Leo's learning to refine his ghostly abilities. Which is helpful since it allows Leo and Jessica to touch. Brief touches, but still. On the downside, if they want more than brief touches, they need to figure out how to make things happen by Halloween. Jessica's sensitivity to the supernatural will help get them where they need to go, but ANOTHER entity seems to have taken a liking to the Manor and, well, they're not interested in watching Leo get a second chance.

Let's just say that Jessica and Leo have more going on than a complicated romance. They have a deadline and driving desire to set things right before time runs out for them. So they do their thing and work through their past issues and have some sexy (albeit ghostly) fun with one another. Which I like in my ghost romances!
