- On Tuesday, I went all inspirational and talked about NOT GIVING UP if you want to be a writer at KellyApple.com. I managed to throw in a Battlestar Galactica AND a Buffy reference in the first paragraph. Niiiiice.
- Free Books Need Love, Too! weekly reviews:
- Monday - Bayou Noel by Alexandra Ivy, Laura Wright
- Tuesday - GLA: Delivered to the Cave Dweller King by Adeline Freed
- Wednesday - Dress Up Your Teddy by Mimi Strong
- Seriously Series weekly update: *high fives everyone* Booooooks! Gotta love 'em!
- Series started in 2014: 22/18 (+2 since last week)
- Series started before 2014: 16/18 (+2 since last week)
- Series rereads: 3/7 (+1 since last week)
- This has been one of THOSE weeks. I released the 1st box set in my Monstrous Tales series called (wait for it...) Monstrous Tales Volume 1. This includes books 1-3 (The Wicked Woods, The Wicked Wolf, The Wicked Dragon) plus a new short story set between books 1 & 2. I'm working on finishing up the first draft on book 5 in the series so I can focus on releasing book 4 and... maybe that's it.
- I got a kick out of seeing the cast of The Princess Bride reunited after 25 years. Btw, OMG! TWENTY FIVE YEARS? WHAT?
- Since I've been dealing with formatting and publishing this week, it seems especially appropriate to see Amanda talking about JUST THAT at The Path of Least Revision.
...no freebies? What is this madness???
ReplyDeleteI know! I'm checking to see if the other 27 signs of the apocalypse are in place. IS THE END NIGH? SHOULD WE ALL WORRY???
