Thoughts on The Bear's Fated Mate: These bears think they're so clever in trying to get around their grandfather's mating decree, but they keep ending up playing right into his schemes. Which is hilarious when you think about it. Because Gramps Borealis is a stellar matchmaker and he isn't above doing what needs to be done to see his grandsons end up happy.

Which brings us to Alex. Alex likes the pretty wolf who keeps crossing his path (and tangling him up in the best possible way), but he's *determined* to stay single. So what if his bear gets giddy around Lara. So what if he can't stop thinking about her and her ninja-like fighting skills. He's a single bear and he's happy to stay that way.

Until he's not.

Yep, when the mating heat hits, he heads straight for the woman he thinks there's no way he'll end up matched with. And the more time he spends with her, the more he falls for her. Which works out well for everyone since...
