Synopsis (Goodreads):
Hi. I’m Gwen. I’m a single mom to two growing boys—and now I’m the brand new owner of an alien whose greatest wish in life is to become a live-in nanny.
It’s been kind of a weird day.
I wholeheartedly recommend adding an alien to your household though. He cooks, he cleans—and the kids love him. But three things you should know if you’re going to keep a seven-foot-tall alien in your basement?
You might want to invest in flameproof cookware.
He will think of you as his planet’s equivalent of a princess.
And my alien is totally stealing my underwear.
Thoughts on The (Alien) Nanny for Christmas: Mitteeku and Gwen! Okay, we haven't met either of them before, but Gwen is a supremely frazzled mom who's teetering on the edge of desperation and Mitteeku is one of the lovable, cuddly, sometimes fire-breathing Rakhii who have a GIANT soft spot for children.

That soft spot is right next to the one he has for Gwen. As we've come to learn, Rakhii go all protective and cuddly when they find their special someone. And Gwen? She's Mitteeku's special. I mean, sure, it takes time before they reach the special point, but it's there. It's THERE.

Buuuuut...an alien on earth isn't all that easy to keep hidden. Especially when he gets all growly if either of his charges are threatened. Needless to say, shenanigans ensue. And sexy times. And some DIY home repair.

MAN, these aliens are fun.
