Synopsis (Goodreads):
When romance novelist Kate Smith suddenly gets writer's block as she's beginning the final installment of her international bestselling erotic Bed 'n Breakfast series, she'll do pretty much anything to get her groove back.

Like sneak into a Tire Depot waiting room because her words flow there just like complimentary coffee-smooth, sweet, and scorchingly hot.

She manages to fly under the radar until the rugged and charming mechanic, Miles Hudson, notices the quirky redhead slinking in and out of the employees only entrance.

But she's way too intriguing to blow the whistle on.

Doing a test-drive of her new book idea sounds like a much better option.
Thoughts on Wait With Me: Okay. This book completely hit the spot. Fun, relatively angst/drama free (just enough to move the story forward without killing my already overloaded brain with emotional fallout), and sex-ay. ALL GOOD THINGS.

First off, Kate. Kate who is trying to (a) get her writing mojo back after a breakup and (b) be the person she wants to be instead of the person other people expect her to be. If that makes sense. Wait. I don't know if that's quite right. Let's just say she wants to be less what she perceives as boring Kate and more exciting Mercedes (her writing persona) without losing her Kate-ness in the process.

As for Miles, he likes Kate. She's funny and beautiful and he's intrigued by her quirks. The one thing he can't abide is lies and drama for the sake of drama. So...finding out she's been lying about one teeny-tiny (it's not so teeny-tiny) thing does a number on him.

Like I said, this book hit the spot. Kate is sassy and charmingly weird and Miles is sexy and sweet. Tires, man. Who knew they could bring people together like this!
