Synopsis (Goodreads):
Cat disappeared from Bones’ life to protect him, but this Master vampire will keep his promise to find her.

Two hundred years of bounty hunting made Bones the best at what he does, yet it's still taken him four long years to find Cat, the half vampire now known as the "Red Reaper." There's a price on Cat's head, and not even her job as a secret government agent can save her. Only Bones can. But has time hardened Bones too much to love again? Or will his passion for Cat burn through every obstacle—alive, undead, or otherwise—between them?
Thoughts on Both Feet in the Grave: Okay. We're back in Bones' head as he hunts down Cat after she left him to protect him. That's kind of a mouthful, isn't it? Anywho. The good news? He finds her! The better news? These two are just wildly in love and once Cat wraps her head around the idea that they CAN be together, things go just swimmingly.

I mean, Bones gets to make nice with Cat's mom and somehow he's polite while also being utterly unmovable in his plan to be part of Cat's life. Which means Justina's going to have to deal with him despite her complete hatred of him and his kind. We also got to see Bones' take on Tate and his attraction to Cat. Frankly, Bones wasn't all that worried about it. Because Tate might think he's in love with Cat, but he's nowhere near the level of in love that Bones is.

What can I say? Cat inspires devotion in those around her. Sometimes it's of the friendship variety, sometimes it's the leadership variety, and then there's Bones' straight up handing his heart to her (metaphorically, just so we're clear) and showing his devotion by the way he refuses to give up on her.

Hearts are on the line, danger's in the air (and on the ground, to be fair), and Cat and Bones are absolutely meant for one another. YESSSSS.
