Thoughts on A Prize for Ckzarr: Oh, yeah. Ckzarr and Roxy are up and they were dancing around one another previously. As it turns out, Roxy was trying to maintain some distance so her heart wouldn't get shattered if Ckzarr ever found his mate. Seeing as they'd already tested compatibility and no mating bond had appeared, she wasn't willing to give her heart to someone who could end up leaving her the moment he found his special someone.

Which is understandable.

BUT...Ckzarr is pretty sure Roxy IS his special someone. He's not sure why they haven't bonded yet since she's the only one he's wanted since they met. As it turns out, his mating bond just needed a quick kick in the pants in the form of some dangerous situations they might not survive before it realized Roxy WAS his person.

So Roxy and Ckzarr are in a bad situation with pirates (of both the regular and grossly enhanced kind), abandoned mining stations, dangerous underground tunnels, native fauna, and a whole lot of enforced time together. Neither of them actually mind the enforced time together, it's just the dangerous situations and pirates that cause problems. That said, sometimes a couple needs a little danger to get things on the right track. *thumbs up*
